Whether government can be partitioned by filing partition suit ( Possessory title of a decesed)

Perhaps you want to ask 'whether a government can seek partition of land held by it jointly with other persons?'

If that is the query then the answer is yes. The Government can seek partition of its share in lands/properties held by it jointly with others.

The government can be partitioned when the country is ruled by a collusion of parties. They can have the partition also. But, patta will not be provided. Possession will be given till the collusion with that party is continues.
