Partial will of a property

My mother owns 3 properties A, B and C. Property A she wants to give me after her death. Rest two properties she has not yet decided. Can she right now make a will for property A to be inherited to me after her death. About the fate of other properties she wants to decide later

Dear client,

In case of Self-acquired property she has right to write a Deed of will, in case of Ancestral property she can write a Deed of Will only to her share.
