If the lands are inam lands, on passing of AP Inam Abolition Act, right and title will vest with the government.

It is not by occupation or by lease. title would be acquired by the act.

N. Ramesh seems to be right. But the question arises, how the Central Government Organization can possess the land without reallotment in the name of the organization by the State government after due takeover?

Until lease is redeemed, no lessee can claim its ownership either it may be State or Central Org or any individual. The right to acquire land under LAA is not ruled out to be invoked by State authrities.
