hello..i have a query that can a girl request the court to order the boy to marry her.if they had been in a live-in relationship...does India have any law to support it or any judgement ?

There is no such law in India so judgment on the subject is impossible.

even if such judgement comes,no one should rely it alone,as a lasting relation like marriage should not be laid on the basis of a court order.

Rightly said by experts.

Even though the live-in relations are now made legal, that is one of the most immature decision taken by the youngsters nowadays. People opt for such relations only for enjoying for a certain period of time and they want to be free from any bondings.

You shall never expect any kind of commitment in such kind of relationships.

If such precedence is started then even prostitutes will claim temporary live in relation.

The basic premise of live in relation is multiple night stand with no liability. It cannnot be based on contract of marriage.
