One letter mistake in my name on stamp duty e-challan

My lawyer had paid stamp duty on my behalf, but after generating e-challan i came to know that he made mistake in my name i.e. my correct name is Ateeque and he wrote it as Ateequee. When I mention this mistake to him, he is trying to convince me that it is not a problem he can put any name there. Can anyone please tell me if he is correct or not ?

No. If the buyer's name is correctly mentioned in the document, then the e-stamp endorsement mistake is not a problem.
