we have Assessment of the 50 Sq. Yards and Map of the house. Can We make registry on the above said document.
We don't know about previous registry and will.home is old more than 100 years

If house is such on old and availability of title deed is not possible then there is no option but to get registered sale-deed on the basis of documents in your hand.

Complete problem is as per following
One property which is old more than 100 years. I have not any registry or will.But will was made.But we don't know that what was the language and what's the limitations.
we have Assessment in the name of my Grand father. which is showing 8 members.(7 Brothers and one Mother) My grand father has been expired.In seven brothers two brother has been died.My father was elder brother (Died) and he had two children. These children made a agreement with rest of the family members including their sisters (four). On the basis of this agreement we made another assessment with the name of two brother.
Now we have Assessment of the 50 Sq. Yards and Map of the house. Can We make registry on the above said document.
Presently we are six members. Mother, Two brothers and their wives and one sister. all the brother and sister are married.
If yes, who can be the registry holder. and whats the cost of registry. I am from Haryana.
