How can I obtain OC for my society building which is Reg on 1984
Society as CC, 7/12, land map, tan number.
This is in Dist thane Dombivli.
Please suggest.

The OC may be with society. If you want a certified copy of the bylaws you can apply to the Registrar of the societies of your district.

Sir I searched all the document I could not find the OC pls resolve how can I get it.

Perhaps it may be dislocated. Try again. The certified copy taken from the Registrar of Societies will be treated as Original.

You may look for the occupation certificate whether it is available in the association office or you can visit the website of the concerned authority, for example
Go to the BBMP website at:
https://bbmp.gov.in/townplanning.html

Navigate to the option Occupancy certificate details and hit on ‘click here’.
You will be able to view the zone details like JDTP- North, JDTP- South, ADTP- East, etc.
Tap on the location you want and select the year.
Click on ‘click here’.
You will have to generate the OC status of the property like this.

May be at that time, Dombivali was a Panchayat or Municipality. Please verify the records of the said body.
