As of 2023 jee advanced ... My OBC NCL CERTIFICATE must be made on or after 1st April... But I am confused that... My certificate will be valid or not.. because.. my certificate is digitally signed by three officer ( revenue officer, sub division officer and then District magistrate). Revenue officer signed on 23/2/2023, sub division officer signed on 24/4/2023 and the district magistrate signed on 28/4/2023.. PLEASE REPLY SIR...

From where did you get the instructions that your OBC NCL should be obtained after 1st April only.
The OBC NCL certificate signed by the competent authority is legally valid.

Sir jee advanced (iit) has mentioned in their brochure that candidate who belon to OBC NCL must have their OBC NCL CERTIFICATE made on or after 1 April.

For Candidates seeking admission under the OBC-NCL category • OBC-NCL certificate (FORM-OBC-NCL) should have been issued on or after April 01, 2023 in consonance with the latest guidelines of the Government of India. If any OBC-NCL candidate fails to submit the OBCNCL certificate (issued on or after April 01, 2023) at the time of online registration, the candidate has to upload a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of OBC-NCL Certificate] to that effect. If it is an instruction prescribed in the application form, then how did you apply for OBC NCL certificate two months in advance?
Without you applying for it in advance the revenue officer cannot sign the certificate on 23.02.2023, therefore it may not be valid as per the instructions.
You may have to apply for fresh certificate as instructed or yu may be liable to lose this opportunity.

It is better to apply afresh and obtain certificate, if you want to take benefit of OBC
