Hi

This is Divya and am from B'lore. Basically my parents belong to Kerala but we are staying in Karnataka since 1996. I understand that I need to apply for OBC certificate here itself. My Query is I am married so for Non creamy layer will my husbands salary or details is required or my father's.

It is always better to rely on the father's credentials in these matters.

cast status will be what your father had.

creamy layer status is the present financial position which includes your husbands salary.
