Notice u/s 138

Respected Sir
I send notice to the accused u/s 138. In notice I wrote the name of complainant instead of the firm of complainant while cheque was issued on the name of firm of complainant. does it invalidate my notice , if not can i remove this defect at the time of presentation of the suit

You may issue a corrigendum to the notice, consult a local senior lawyer.

1. Notice should be issued as:
a) XYZ Pvt. Ltd. .... Accused no. 1
b) Mr. Sharma (Director) .... Accused no. 2
c) Mr. Gupta (Manager) ..... Accised no. 3

2. INDIVIDUAL Notices should be sent separately to the relevant addresses.

3. IF the Notice Period is still available, THEN send fresh Notice (within time frame)

4. Case should be filed in names as mentioned in point no. 1 (above)
