Can u please advise me as to who is the competent authority to apply for submitting Memorial in FORM I for Central Notary.

application can be made by an Advocate who has stood for 10 years in profession and his applicai=tion should be recommended by the following authorities:

1. Executive Magistrate/Judicial magistrate

2, bank Manager

3. ED/MD of any Company

4. President of any NGO

5.President/Incharge of any Professional organization

6.President/Incharge of any other social org.

Thank u sir for the valued advise.On going thru the Notorial I found a question as to the number of notaries in your area of practise is insufficent and have aske dto put forward the reasons for the same. How r we to decide on this.What could be an apt reply for this.
