With a reason to belive sale deed of my agri land made duly ok in all respect in f/o Cousin bro who promised to pay later on but fail to pay. What is remedy as revenue auth say approch civil court.

How to get sale deed cancelle. In sale deed it is mention that price is accepted by me .

Is it mentioned in sale deed that you have received your entire consideration? How? By cash? If so how will any claim survive?
