Non practising advocate

Once Sanad is temporarily suspended, is the person a non practising advocate or not an advocate at all? Can the person during such period take up assignments of drafting agreement, etc and issue bill as advocate? pLS ADV. tKS

Anyone can take drafting assignments.

But don't issue bills as Advocate

Can take drafting assignment but must not issue bills as an advocate during suspension.
