Non payment of dues-housing society

We have put up the names of the payment defaulters (maintenance+prop tax) on the notice board. One of the defaulters, objected to it and said that this is against the bye-laws and will sue the society.
Is there such a restriction?

let him sue the society . if you dont display names of defaulters how will other members know about default .ask defaulter to point out specific provsison in bye laws which restrains society from displaying name .. also invoke procedure under 101 of MCS for recovery of dues
