Non occupancy charges for shop

Can CHS charge non occupancy charges to a member who has rented his/her commercial premises?

It depends upon the Bi-laws of the Society.
Several CHS charge such charges.

in umbai there is GR in which non ocuoancy cgarges is 10% of the service charges except property tax.
so some time it may not be in bye laws but one can find in GR.

yes non occupancy charges can be leveied . it would be 10%of maintenance charges

Yes. Non occupance charges can be charged by the society.

Generally societies charge such amount. Exception is no rule.
