Your query is not clear. You shall contact the Tahsildar/Mpl.Corpn/Mpl./Local Body authorities. If the birth was not registered the authorities give such endorsement. Then you have to apply to the District Collector of your district for the recording of such birth. After receipt of a notice from revenue, you have to pay fees as required.
