Noc from the sisters on father's property

Hi,
I am having 3 sisters and i am only son to my father.My father's property is ancestral property.My queries are
(1)How to get NOC from my sisters on my father's property ?
(2)Suppose if my sisters are OK to give NOC to me regarding my father's property...what necessary information is added in the NOC document while registration ?

NOC won't do as the sisters have a present birth right in the property equal to what you have. Any relinquishment has to be a written registered document.

Release Deed or Family Settlement Deed, Duly Registered will do.

agree witrh experts have relinquishment deed signed stamped and registered by sisters

Your sisters would need to sign a deed of relinquishment. Nothing short of it would do.
