noc from society

hello sir,
i had purchased resale flat in navi mumbai. initially the NOC was taken from builder as society was not formed. Now i want to transfer my home loan to SBI. SBI asks me to submit society NOC. i already paid the amount for society transfer charges. Can society charge me for providing NOC?

Normaly the Society will not charge for issuing the NOC. Even if any it will few hundreds only. Check with them, come back to us if you face problems.
