no space left after partition

Dear Experts,

I am a party in a partition suit. The builders who purchased the dispute property has developed buildings all over the land. Now we are winning the case but i m confused from where we will get our share because there is not vacant space left. Other parties have compromised with the builder and i am stuck. Please advise best possible solution.

Your right confirmed by the court is not effected even if the space has not been left / provided separately by the builder, he has to leave your share.
