Dear Madam /Sir,
we are runing a NGO creating awareness, having section 80G. we were told that once we'll be having 80G, we'll get good financial support, but even than we are not getting any financial support.
since we're getting international volunteers free of cost for our awareeness cause, we're now planning, to open our branches in other countries, as our volunteers are interested to work as we're doing in our country under our NGO name.
My question is..
a) can we give our name and objectives.
b) we don't want to involve in any technical issues
c) our objective is to create more & more awareness only
d) currently we're appointing them as a representative. and getting signatures on agreement on plain paper that how to execute activities.

d. As per bye-laws of your organization. The guiding force is not the advice of lawyer without disclosing him entire facts of your matter rather this is only your bye-laws which contain the procedure to execute the plan to achieve the goals mentioned therein. Maximum you may add the jurisdiction of your organization in the whole world in place of whole India by passing a resolution and inserting this in the office of registrar as per procedure laid down by them.
