Thanks Dr Vashista .. Thanks Issac Gabriel - I was seeking a lawyer who could move the SRO to do the registration at the client's office after paying a Govt fee.. . Here in Assam we call it commissioning a registration

Registrar office at Gurgaon is very busy, normal registration is taking time due to software problem COVID problem. It is doubtful the process would be completed on the given date.
