myself & husband is separated from one year i met a advocate & told him i need my life back.he gave me a draft letter that letter is full of complaints against my husband .
The advocate told me he will file for conjugal rights & he gave me a letter
The letter is demanding for maintainance & complaints against my husband.I told the advocate if my husband sees this he will get angry & he will get separated from me .He has mentioned about dowry in the letter
should i mention this.Advocate is saying if i didnt mention case will get dismissed.Is this true?what should i do to get my life back?please help me

If you want to get your life back. It is better to take recourse of meeting through other senior members of family or through friends, than taking the recourse of law.

If you wants to take recourse of law There is Sec 9 which can only order, one of the party, but can't join two hearts.

For filing the suit for conjugal rights allegation as you are mentioning need not to be mentioned.

Since you are not satisfied with the drafting of your advocate then you could either draft the letter yourself or engage another one.
Filing suit for restoration of you marital life is a positive move though a personal one to one with him should pay result.

It is not mandatory to make such allegations of dowry demand since you want to reunite. Be careful or else you will lose your life itself by making such false allegations.
