Need help in vacating interim suspension of maintenance order

Sir,

My cousin sister and her children final maintenance order by lower court got interim suspension in A.P.High court. Now she got notice that to appear in High Court personally or through advocate.Kindly help in this regard what to do and what will happen to the maintenance execution petition she filled.The date of hearing of M.P. is nearby.

Very strange that complete order got interim suspension?

PLZZ kind reply in this regard will be very helpful. Also i need names of A.P.High court lawyers who could take this case.

Generally if the High Court stays the operation of any maintenance order ,it fixes an interim order of maintenance during this time . So check whether this usual practice has happened with you or not.

interim suspension is a stay of proceedings in lower court. So the lower court will not proceed further. ask you trail court advocate for suggesting the name for defending the case in highcourt in AP. otherwise file a petition to the legal services authority in trail court to appoint a legal aid counsel in highcourt to defend the matter.

Thanks all for giving valuable reply.D.barman sir,A.P. High court has given interim suspension without asking him to pay any thing? neither to wife nor to children.Complete stay for six weeks.
Anyhow planning to hire an advocate and see why such thing happened.

Hello sir,
Today the judge ordered for appearance of my sister and her children in A.P. high court
when my counsel filled petition for stay vacate.What to do as my bro-in-law counsel argued that he want to take them back, which is not correct as he keeps telling that he will teach a lesson to my sister.
Kindly suggest what to do as my sister says that if he change his attitude then only she is ready to join.
Help is required?
