sir
we have purchased a house in township in andhrapradesh and have it registered and are residing in it at present.
we had applied bank loan for this house one year back.after long delay they registration was done.
now the township people are not providind mineral water for drinking and usage as they had charged for mineral water plant from us.we are provided hard water with tankers.we have to purchase mineral water for drinking.they are stalling without giving properanswer.

it is extremely inconvenient for us as i am unwell and have to pay for the drinking water..
i want to know how the bank could allow for registration without the water plant being ready.we were charged nearly 86000 rs for processing of loan.
we relied on bank as we are not aware of all these litigations and thought that the bank will atleast take care of these basic facilities.the loan included the whole amt charged for the house and the facilities provided by them,they had to register the house with the basic facilities promised by them.
please inform me so in future i will not rely on bank for such things.

generally bank grants loan based on reputation of builder , whether builder has clear title to property . whether requiste permission has been granted for construction by muncial corporation . if no water facilites are provided fault is with builder not with the bank . file complaint aginst builder for deficency in service
