Sir, My father is selling his house in Delhi.I want to share my fear with you that at the time of registry the daft which is shown may be unreal as it may be used for fraud with us or somebody may snatch after all the process of transfer of property to another person or he can take at gun point from us.
Now, i want to know that what will be the effect on deal it will be concerned as void or something other. what are the ways to recover the amount of house which is transferred and how much time will it take.

if the transfer is on the gun point than you can lodge a complaint to the police in this regard immediately after the transfer and you have to prove that such transfer was involuntary.

NOTHING IS LATE AS NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.CONSIDERATION SHOULD BE ACCEPTED BY A/C PAYEE BANK DRAFT,SALE DEED SHOULD BE REGISTERED AFTER RECEIPT OF AMOUNT IN A/C,AND POLICE SHOULD BE INFORMED ABOUT APPREHENSIONS TO LIFE AND FRAUD.
IF CONSENT IS NOT FREE TO A SALE ,THE SALE IS NOT VOID BUT VOIDABLE BY SUIT ON PROOF OF THE FACT THAT IT WAS OBTAINED BY COERCION ON A GUN POINT, BUT WHY YOU DECIDE IT TO LET HAPPEN,THEN TO SEE,WHY NOT TAKE PRECAUTIONS JUST NOW BEFORE ANY HAPPENING.
