Na plot

Dear Sir,

Could you please advise me what documents are required to buy NA plot. The plot in question has got a permission of Godown NA . I was told we can construct house on this plot as well as any commercial premise. However the taxes and electricity will be charged as if its commercial premise. Please let me know if this is how it is supposed to work.

Also per my understanding when buying NA plot, you would get full usable area that you are paying for. However I am being charged for 10% of more area as I was told that the area utilized for road will also have to be distributed among all the plots. Not sure if this is as per rule or is this specific for this scheme.


Any help you can provide will be highly appreciated.

contact a local lawyer before purchasing NA plot . take 30 years serch .


if itsd commercial premises then commercial rates are charged depending upon rates prevalent in your area

NA plots do not qualify for residential purpose and may be restricted only for the purpose such area is earmarked.

NA plots if used for non residential area, qualify for fine, but if constructed, usually it is permanent, and not demolished, just because it was used for purpose other than it was meant for.

No Problem, you can carry on purchase & do needful .
