my wife living in usa last one yr want divorced

my wife is usa on green card last one year now she wants divorced . she wrote to my friend saying that i should apply for mutual consent divorce.
she is not writing me not talking to me when i call. so i stopped calling her ant kids
my son is in 9th and daughter is in 4th and now she is in her costady
i am living in mumbai alone now i dont know what to do.
i can not go to usa bcase she wrote to usa i am not coming with her .
after her paper clear from usa consulate now she dont want me there.
i dont want to give divorce , plase help

If you do not want divorce then do not consent to her mutual divorce.
It is not that difficult.
Let her do what she wants.
The foreign divorce decree in your absence may not be enforced in India.

The flat in the name of your wife is hers and you have no legal right on it. No use crying on bygones.
