My sr book not entry for education in llb

i am working at railway dept. before I have joining the llb and one year completed. second year llb also admission after remeaning course completed but that time I have not permission in railway dept now I have dept exam calling not entry the sr rejected please requesting sir, how to add the my llb course SR entry

As you did not take permission for further study of your course from the Railway authorities the entry cannot be made. It is contrary to govt. employees rules.

The qualification you acquired after joining the employment should have been notified to the employer by submitting an application.
Actually you should have obtained permission to pursue higher studies which will be granted to you subject to service exigencies.
Now rejection of your application to enter your qualification in the service records seems to be correct and proper because you have not bothered about is addition long ago when you had completed the said examination but now you are trying to get it added due to your promotion prospects.
However you can make a representation to the competent authority explaining your innocence in this regard and request to condone your lapse and permit to add the same to your service records.
It is a discretionary power of the competent authority to allow your application or not

You did not take prior permission of pursuing LL. B. course from your employer, hence railways have correctly rejected to endorse it in your service record.
