My brother's wife torturing my parents

From the first day she entered my home only problems. After marriage also she used to stay in her mother's house only.. she was not happy with husband and parents-in-law.. after 1 and half year of marriage my brother passed away before that day baby girl born for him... after his death she dint come but was asking for settlement... my father told that he s ready to give the share of his son to her daughter but she s asking house, she is torturing my parents a lot telling that she wants to live with them like that but she is not a good minded girl
, we don't know what to do.....

If the house property is on the father's name, then he can very well refuse to give her any share in it.
Her husband is also not entitled to any share in his father's house property as a right hence she cannot claim anything as a right.
You can ask her to approach court to get the desired relief and challenge her claim properly as per law.

If the house property is your father's, then he can do as he wishes and no one can ask for a share in the property. If ancestral your brother's wife and child are entitled to the share of your brother.
