Mutual Consent Divorce

(Querist) 25 June 2011 This query is : Resolved 
The husband had filed divorce petition on insanity grounds and after recieving notice,wife is willing to file Mutual Consent Divorce petition and is it admissible under the above condition?

Yes the divorce case may be converted into mutual divorce case and the decree on mutual consent may be granted.
