Mutation of tenants name

Dear All,

Thank you in anticipation.

I need clarification whether tenant name can be entered in to revenue records as possessors when the tenant using the land as commercial.

Please tell me whether any provision is availble for the same.

Property can never be mutated in the name of the tenant.
if it is done challenge the same in high court.
