My mother acquired a plot of land with RCC house from her father through a will executed in her favour by our maternal-grandfather and after obtaining NOC's from my two maternal uncles and one aunt i.e. NOC's from her two brothers and her only sister after my maternal-grandfather's demise. My maternal grandmother had expired before my grandfather's demise. Moreover, the property was purchased by my grandfather. The property got mutated in my mother's name following the legal formalities. Now, my mother wants to execute a Will in favour of her three children (daughters) and only grandson (i.e. myself, my only son and my one married sister without children an my other unmarried sister. I want to know whether my mother can execute such a will on this property and even though my mother's brothers and sister gave NOC's can their children make legal claim on my mother's property in any point of time in the future- near or distant ?

your mother is absolute owner of the property . she has inherited it as per will of her father . she is free to dispose the property as she desires
