money matter

One person owes some money otwards me and now he is in good financial position but refuse to give back the money I am having twenty Rupees stamp paper signed and a blank cheque.Whether this documents I can use against Him?

Yes. You can file a suit for recovery of money or insolvency case against him on the basis of that agreement. Alternatively you could also present the cheque for encashment and if it gets dishonoured then file a case for cheque bounce

But for cheque dishonor the accused can go for forensic examination for age and deference in handwriting.

I agree with Mr.Barman. It has been clearly found out that there is no fool proof or scientifically proven and established process to find out the age of the ink.
the High court of Madras examined a forensic expert in this regard in open court and rendered its verdict on this point recently.

I agree with Mr. Barman. However, you have also to consider the Limitation for filling the suit which is 3 years as per the Limitation Act from the date of the documents.
