mai jain hu delhi mai mera kaise minority certificate banega.

The removal of requirement of minority certificates is in keeping with the government’s decision to accept self-attestation across all departments and educational institutes.Self attestation means minority students should certify themselves as belonging to a particular minority community is acceptable in place of Ministry certification.
