Minor's property - sale by mother the guardian

(Querist) 20 April 2016 This query is : Resolved 
one grand mother settled her property in favour of her 3 grand minors children under a regd settlement deed. now one minor became major., other 2 are minors. Their mother wants sell the property and she obtained permission for 2 minors from court.
kindly tell me what certificate need the major child to sell her share along with other minors?

First of all ensure whether the ownership has been changed in favour of the beneficiaries (grand-sons) after death of testator and if yes then the ownership proof is only required by the major to sale his share in the property.
