I want to ask about After marriage Women should claim for her husband property.What is the time period of claiming .
Should he claim after one month of the marriage.

No, you cannot make claim to the property. Only charge can be created under ceratain circumstances.

No claim till the life time of the husband over his properties can be made. Time limitation is life time of husband. No one can say how long is the life of the husband of such 'wife' who has intention for claiming the properties of her husband within a short period of one month.
