Dear sir/Madam

if the income of the husband is only 8000/- per month and he has to take care of his father also who is retired.

what would be the maintenance as per mahrashtra maintenance act.for the wife having one child with her?

In Bengal it is not less than 1/5th of the income of the husband.

minimum of Rs.4,000/-
atleast 3000 for wife and 1000 for child
