Is there any provision under which we can call the documents required for filling of claim case in mact other than the place where the accident has been occured.we have only the f.i.r. no. plz share in detail thank you.

take the crtified copies of the documents from the said file. you can enquire about the file with the FIR No by which you can know the next date of hearing. for this you have to visit the place where the FIR was lodged

You personally shall have to go to the court wherein case under FIR in your hand is going on. You shall have to obtain report filed under section 173 Cr. P.C; credentials of driver, owner and insurance company (if any) of offending vehicle, collect all expenses bill, income proof and file petition at ur own place.
