lost stamp

Sir/man, my maternal grandfather had made the stamp related to property which got missed somewhere. How to find out that ,I have no clue from which advocate he consulted and prepared it now it is utmost to have that stamp back.. Please give suggestions

The query is not clear.

If the stamp was not used originals have to be produced for refund.

If the property was registered, can get copy from the registrar office.
