Ld counsels,
Complaint allegeing dowry demand was filed. No FIR was registered. The same was withdrawn. Another complaint was filed and it was admitted by the complainant that the second complaint was filed after getting legal advise.
Will this throw suspicion on the prosecution case that the complaint was filed after getting legal advise that too without getting the first complaint registed.

no harm in seeking legal advise before filing complaint. the objective in seeking legal advice is whether prima facie case is made out . merely becvause legal advise taken does not make case supicious
