three years. Even if the agreement holder think there will be violation of terms of agreement, the same can be filed even before the time

Art 54 ;- Three years- from -the date fixed for the performance , or if no such date is fixed ,When the plaintiff has noticed that performance is refused

hi,
as stated above three from the date of agreement, when no time limit was specified or from the date of refussal of specific peerformance, it doesn't mean that you cann't ask for specific performance after the elated period.
