We are civil construction firm in coimbatore tamil nadu. When applying for licence too many confusion.
1. Licience issuing by Safety Department, but they are not responsible for migrant and non migrant registration.
2. Labour office registering migrant & non migrant but they are not responsible for safety.

Please tell us for applying Lab our Licence with whom? Who is the right authority to issue licience. Moreover Court stay also there.
