can i evict a tenant from the property which i gave for conducting a business 38 years back?

eviction is only in law books or for some freinds advising this or that action but world over yes I SAY WORLD OVER ONCE A TENANT INS IN YOUR PROPERTY YOU CAN NOT EVICT HIM AGAINST HIS WILL OR CHOICE

Time does not perfect the title of tenant. Once a tenant always a tenant.
So without wasting any time file a suit for eviction on the ground which applies to you like for reasonable requirement.

this is question of title but reality, the matter will go upto SC which will take more than life time.

I have posted a story of USA where the court was burned the judge just escaped , the landlord s sons were publicly hanged and the landlord having a decree of eviction and damages for highest amount in the US history died on streets knocking to the doors of one senator and law makers to other for enforcement of court order.
