my Mother deceased in jan-2007, my father is alive and we are 3 sons. we have one house which is registered with my mother.

So, where we have to get legar hier ( from Tahasildar or court)

Mady if ur mother is govt employee legal hair certificate wiil be issued by Tahasildar..
in contast u have to approach civil court..

LEGAL HEIR CERTIFICATE / LETTER COLLECT FROM TAHSILDAR IF HE NOT PROVIDE THEN DECLARE BEFORE JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE, IT IS ENOUGH.

Thank you sir for ur kind reply,
1.my mother not a govt.employee.
2.our house is registered with my mother name, can we take legal heir for fixed assets like house, land etc...

when we approached to tahasildar, they are saying that they only provide family certificate to clear bank transaction only...

so, what is the way to fix this problem..
