HI seniors
I am a fresher and have been recruited by an MNC 3 and half month back having no bond and i only received a offer letter from the company in which the salary structure and next grade is mentioned and nothing is mentioned about the notice period. My HR say that u have to give 3 month notice before leaving the job otherwise legal action will be done against you. So please suggest me regarding the above problem as soon as possible Your suggestions will be highly appreciated

Unless there is specific contract between the two regarding the termination of service and period of notice to quit , you need not pay much attention to what the HR men say.

There is no legality to the bond even if you had executed. If there is no mention of notice period in appointment letter, no notice for resignation is needed is needed.

If your employer is covered under shops and establishment act, then pl. go through the provisions of the same. It is a state act. Usually the act provides one month notice from either side in case employee has put in a minimum service prescribed.
