Hello all. It may sound a repetition to the seniors, but I have not come across any such query, so am asking you this as it is urgently required by me

What is the normal period of executing a leave and licence agreement, i.e. 33 months or 36 months. Does the easement act be applicable or any other act?? For my landlord is asking me to enter into 36 months leave and license agreement.

More that one year is not leave and license and that why people execute eleven months contracts.

easement act Does not apply.
tpa and rent act of state applies.
