Leave and license agreement period.

i want to give the flat on rent basis i.e on leave and license basis in thane to someone but he want the flat for three years but the agreement is to expired on just in Eleven month then, whether we creat this agreement for the period of three years,

Yes - make a registered leave and licence for three years meticulously drafted by a local lawyer.

Yes, you can execute said agreement for 3 years.

You can validly create even leave and licence agreements for any period,even for 3 years or more,the legal requirement is that in Maharashtra every leave and licence agreement must be registered by the land lord.
so contact a local lawyer ,get the deed drafted and registered.
