Land declared as slum

Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself want to know that we have filed a case in thane court against judgement pass by district court against me to re-possessed the tenant to property in my chawl under obstruction act, now the possession is with me of the said room (10*10),.
But recently area declared as slum under SRD scheme, and my name for the said property is declared as ineligible in that list & no record of the opposed party has given in Municipal Record.. Now case will be transfer to Tribunal or it will remains the same .
Please suggest me as there is no other accommodation for me to live.. what should i do to retain the same ... please suggest.
