under land celieng act if the land is in a private limited company , the vesting will be done treating company as a individual or according to its shareholder
the state of west bengal goverment already lost in calcutta high court divisional bench in the year 1997 vs paschim banga krishak samiti & anothers .
westbengal goverment had challenged the judgement of divisional bench in supream court but i dont know the present status

Ans. Land of Private limited company always will be private limited company not others like directors,members etc.

The judgment of Calcutta High Court is available online but the matter is still pending in SC so no change in the judgment in vogue.

You have to indicate the Case No. before the Supreme Court to know the exact position. For, in Supreme Court, normally more than 6 year old civil cases are not pending. Therefore, it is a must to know the exact case No. and year.

the case is pending before honble supreme court since before 2003 filed by state of west bengal against order judgement dated 26th july 1996 passed by the divisional bench of calcutta high court in F.M.A.T 2565 OF 1995

You have indicated the case No. before the Calcutta High Court. When you say that the matter has been taken to Supreme Court by the State Government, and when you want to know the status of the Case before the Supreme Court, then you have to indicate as to what is the Case No. particulars before the Supreme Court. The case No. before the Calcutta HC would be of no help to find out the position before the Supreme Court.
