Katha change?

Hello All,

My mother purchased plot in 2002 at Bangalore,and she passed away in 2005, till now katha is in my mother name, I and my younger brothers are two sons of her.

Now My younger brother asking me to write a application latter to respective Thahashildar to change Katha to him to pay thae tax and manage the property,

If i cooprate in this case is there any damage on my rights on that property?

Your cooperation shall strengthen your claim over the property otherwise anyone may encroach upon the land and then you both shall be sufferer. manage your property as you both are owners to the extent of 1/2 share each.
